COVID 19 Health & Safety Guidelines

In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, we have created our COVID-19 Health & Safety guidelines. These follow guidance provided by GOV.UK  Keeping workers and clients safe during COVID-19 in close contact services 

When attending an appointment at Victoria Rose Hair and Beauty Salon, we ask clients to follow our health and safety measures. These are:

• No walk in appointments. Pre-booked appointments only.
• Face coverings are not mandatory but are welcomed. Please also ask us if you would prefer your stylist/beautician to wear a face covering during your treatment.
• Clients must wash hands and use sanitizer upon arrival.
• A COVID-19 form must be completed prior to every appointment (sent via email 48hrs before). Please only complete 24-48hrs prior to appointment. 
• Please come alone to your appointment (no guests/children).
• Children with an appointment to be accompanied by one adult only.
• Hair must be washed the night before your colour treatment.
• No dry cuts available.
• Please only bring essential items into the salon.
• Beauty clients are asked not to use mobile phones during treatments.
• If you feel unwell or someone in your household has COVID symptoms, you must rearrange your appointment.

These measures are under constant review and as the risk reduces, some measures may be able to be relaxed, in accordance with government and industry advice.
